In this vital role, you’ll help elevate resident care by empowering staff with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed. &##Staff Development Coordinator (LPN) The Staff Development Coordinator (LPN) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting education and training initiatives for nursing and support staff.
