Non-Clinical Medical Case Manager (RN III) 📍 On-site | Maine Army National Guard (MEARNG) *Limited travel to off-site training locations may be required in support of contract-related training activities. Caduceus is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN III) to serve as a Non-Clinical Medical Case Manager supporting the Maine Army National Guard’s medical readiness mission. This role focuses on case management, coordination, and readiness oversight—not direct patient care. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate non-clinical medical readiness cases for Service Members • Monitor medical readiness status using DoD systems • Coordinate medical appointments, referrals, evaluations, and follow-up actions • Support Medical Readiness Events (MREs) and Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) • Oversee complex cases through resolution, return to duty, or administrative separation • Liaise with Government medical staff and readiness stakeholders • Ensure compliance with applicable medical readiness and privacy requirements Qualifications: • Registered Nurse qualified to perform non-clinical medical case management with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license • A Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification is preferred for this role. • Required to have a minimum of two years of experience in case management and at least three years of clinical experience.
