Required Skills & Qualifications: • Valid Massachusetts RN license in good standing. • Associate’s degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 3 years nursing experience, with 1+ year in an acute setting. • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. • Compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset. • Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle in good working order. • Familiarity with hospice philosophy and principles.
