Case Manager, Rare Disease in Halawa, HI

A company is looking for a Case Manager, Patient Services (Rare Disease).

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients and caregivers in obtaining access to products and coordinate patient care

Build relationships with stakeholders and maintain confidentiality while facilitating information sharing

Handle all aspects of patient cases, including follow-up and administrative functions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of Case Management experience, preferably in a rare disease biotech environment

Experience in Case Management demonstrating strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Knowledge of pharmacy billing, prior authorization, and appeals is preferred
