Eligibility Requirements:
• Must possess a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP).
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ACEN or CCNE).
• Hold an accredited CRNA degree (Council on Accreditation).
• Pass the NCLEX exam and obtain BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Maintain a valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess CRNA board certification.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, Green Card holder, or I-551 holder for Active Duty or Army Reserves.
Advanced Education Opportunity:
The U.S. Army Graduate Program in Anesthesia Nursing (USAGPAN) offers a full-tuition Doctor of Nursing Practice program through Baylor University, focusing on field anesthesia. Participants will be commissioned as Active-duty Officers and receive pay and allowances throughout the program. Requirements include at least one year of Critical Care Nursing experience and a minimum GPA of 3.0.
