CERTIFIED NURSE ANESTHETIST - Four 10-Hour Shifts in Anderson, SD

Job Description

Join our anesthesia team as a full-time Certified Nurse Anesthetist [CRNA] where you demonstrate expert anesthesia administration, medication dosing, and adherence to pain management protocols for our surgical patients. Contribute as part of the anesthesia care team, along with physician anesthesiologists, to develop individualized care plans, monitor patient vital signs, and ensure their safe emergence post-surgery. As a valuable resource and educator to the healthcare team, you will be empowered to drive process improvements, assist in training new staff, and make a meaningful impact on patient-centered care.

COMPENSATION BASED ON EXPERIENCE: $214K - $242K+

SIGN-ON BONUS: $60K

MONDAY - FRIDAY! NO WEEKENDS. NO ON-CALL. NO HOLIDAYS.

FOUR 10-HOUR SHIFTS typically between 6AM-6PM

REQUIREMENTS:
• Certification as a CRNA with licensure to practice in the State of South Dakota is required.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota required or able to obtain upon hire.
• Successful CRNA’s demonstrate the ability to perform in emergencies, work as part of a collaborative team, and showcase their critical thinking, organization, multi-tasking, and effective communication skills.
