Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long Term Care Brooklyn, NY, 11212(Onsite) Assignment Details • Start Date: February 10, 2026 • End Date: May 9, 2026 (With Possible Extension) • Openings: 45 positions • Hours: 37.5 hours/week • Schedule: 5 days per week + every other weekend • Shifts Available: • * 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Responsibilities • Assist residents with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and toileting • Provide incontinent and skin care • Assist with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and use of mechanical lifts • Turn and reposition residents every 2–3 hours • Take and record vital signs, weights, and intake/output • Assist residents with meals and hydration • Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff • Respond promptly to call bells and alarms • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment • Document care in electronic medical records (EMR) • Provide compassionate care to elderly and cognitively impaired residents Required Qualifications • Active New York State CNA Certification • Listed on the New York State Nurse Aide Registry • High School Diploma or GED • Completion of a NY State–approved CNA training program (minimum 100 hours) • Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately • Knowledge of skin breakdown prevention Preferred Qualifications • Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience Company DescriptionPride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
