📍 Aging Well Adult Day, 420 Maple Street, Marlborough, MA
đź’µ $17.50 per hour
🕒 Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
🌞 Day Shift | No Weekends | No Evenings | No On-Call

We’re looking for a reliable and compassionate professional who wants to make a meaningful difference as a patient advocate—helping those we serve enjoy the best possible quality of life. Responsibilities
• Monitor the health conditions of individuals and ensure high-quality services are provided
• Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care needs
• Support individuals with life skills, social integration, and community participation
• Help maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment
• Assist with recreational activities, group programs, and community outings
• Maintain accurate progress notes and required documentation
• Support household activities such as light housekeeping and meal preparation
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)—experience with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
• Current CNA license
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
