The Resident Care Companion provides assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and food services for residents under supervision. • Must be at least 16 years old with basic cooking skills and knowledge of adult residents' physical, mental, and emotional needs. • Demonstrates good judgment, independence, teamwork, flexibility, emotional stability, and a non-judgmental attitude. • Responsibilities include helping residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, housekeeping, and laundry; preparing and serving meals; maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas; and reporting any abuse or neglect. • Requires 12 hours of ongoing training annually related to job duties. • Full-time and part-time roles available, with pay starting at $17/hour, benefits including paid time off, and shifts including day, night, and overnight. • Qualifications preferred: high school diploma, CNA and CPR certifications; must be willing to relocate to Sioux Center, IA. In-person work with COVID-19 precautions in place.
