Facility: GSS ND Park River Address: 301 Co Rd 12B, Park River, ND 58270, USA Shift: 8 Hours - Evening Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40.00 Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00 Pay Info: $5,000 Sign-on Bonus Available Job Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate, resident-centered care in our long-term care setting. Under the guidance of a registered nurse (RN), you will assist residents with daily living activities and ensure their comfort and well-being. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. • Assisting residents with mobility, transferring, and exercises. • Recording vital signs and documenting care provided. • Communicating changes in resident conditions to nursing staff. • Helping prepare meals and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. • Maintaining cleanliness of resident living areas and assisting with laundry services. • Encouraging resident participation in wellness and recreational programs. Qualifications To be successful in this role, candidates should possess: • A high school diploma or GED preferred. • At least 16 years of age, with prior experience in long-term care being advantageous. • Certification as a Nursing Assistant through the State Board of Nursing, or the ability to obtain certification within four months of employment. • Commitment to completing annual continuing education requirements.
