Job Summary of Certified Nursing Associate:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Certified Nursing Associate:
• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Observe and report changes in patients' conditions to nurses and medical staff.
• Serve as a primary caregiver and act as a liaison between patients, nurses, and doctors.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow healthcare protocols.
• Support healthcare teams in delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate care.
Qualifications and Experience of Certified Nursing Associate:
• Valid CNA certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient - focused, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in patient care or healthcare settings is preferred.
• Ability to adhere to care procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
