Work Shift: Primarily days with night, weekend, and holiday on-call involvement (United States of America)

A Brief Overview
As a CRNA, you will care for patients of all ages and acuity levels in various settings, performing anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management procedures.
What You Will Do
• Conduct thorough pre-operative patient assessments.
• Develop and communicate a care plan to patients and their families.
• Establish and maintain vital venous access.
• Ensure the establishment and maintenance of airways.
• Induce, maintain, and monitor anesthesia safely.
• Oversee the anesthesia process and emergence from anesthesia.
• Transfer patient care to appropriate staff upon procedure completion.
• Perform post-operative follow-ups for every case managed.
• Act as a clinical instructor for anesthesia students.
Essential Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you must be able to work the specified hours while performing various essential functions effectively. Visual acuity for performing job duties and strong communication skills are crucial for success.
Required Education and Certifications
• Currently certified as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Board of Nursing, with an active license in the state of practice upon hire.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice upon hire.
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) upon hire.
