NorthStar is currently seeking a talented and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at East Valley Endoscopy in Mesa, AZ.

CASES INCLUDE:

We Offer:
Top of Market Base Salary $230K - $260K Annually - $1,800 Flat Rate for 5th Day Optional
PTO
1099 Position
46 Weeks Annually, 4 Day Weeks with Optional 5th Day, Depending on provider/room assignment, typical work days average 6-10 hours.
