Eligibility Requirements:
• Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• CRNA degree must be accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA).
• Must pass NCLEX, holding both BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• U.S. citizenship or valid Green Card status required.
