CRNA Opportunity - Northern MaineMillinocket, ME Full-Time Independent PracticeA critical access hospital in Northern Maine is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative team of three. Located at the base of Mt. Katahdin and Baxter State Park, this position offers a unique schedule, excellent compensation, and the opportunity to practice independently across a wide range of cases.Position Highlights:Independent CRNA practice - no anesthesiologist supervisionBread-and-butter cases including General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, Podiatry, Endoscopy, Pain Management, and healthy PediatricsExperience with spinals and epidurals preferred; opportunity to learn ultrasound-guided regional blocks1:3 rotating schedule:Week 1: Monday-Friday (no call)Week 2: Monday-Friday with call through Monday morningWeek 3: OffQualifications:Current RN license (Maine)NBCRNA certificationBLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications requiredStrong customer service skills; calm under pressurePrior experience preferred, but open to recent graduatesCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary with full benefitsHealth, dental, and vision coverage (employee + children)Employer-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disabilityVoluntary short-term disability403(b) retirement plan with employer matchFlexible spending account (FSA)Location & Lifestyle:Enjoy a slower pace of life in scenic Millinocket, Maine - a small, welcoming community surrounded by lakes, forests, and mountains.
