17 MDs and 77+ CRNAs
12 ORs, 3 CV ORs, 3 endo rooms, 3 OB suites. ASC has 8 ORs and 1 endo suite
Case mix includes general surgery, ortho, ENT, GI, vascular, CT (dedicated cardiac team), neurosurgery, healthy peds, and OB
60-90 days to credential
