CRNA - Clinton, NCMinimum 3 years' experience; regional anesthesia experience preferredPosition Summary:•Full-time, exempt Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position.•Provides anesthesia services under the supervision of a staff anesthesiologist in accordance with hospital policies, professional anesthesia standards, and the Nursing Practice Act.•Covers OB anesthesia for C-sections, labor epidurals, and deliveries as needed.•Provides anesthesia for surgical cases, difficult intubations, difficult IV starts, arterial line placement, spinal taps, and consults as required.•Rotating weekday and weekend on-call required.Work Schedule:•Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm (typical hours).Requirements:•Graduate of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the AANA Council of Accreditation or predecessor.•Minimum 3 years' experience; regional anesthesia experience preferred.•Current North Carolina nursing license and current AANA certification/recertification.•BLS and ACLS certifications required.•PALS certification and difficult airway course highly recommended.Practice & Facility Highlights:•Community-based, independent hospital serving the area since 1950.•Academic training center for medical students, interns, and residents.•Accredited by The Joint Commission.•Services include acute care, outpatient surgery, emergency & critical care, women's health, and children's services.•Specialties: general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics & gynecology, urology.•Outpatient services: physical therapy, diagnostic imaging, and a network of physician practices including primary care, women's health, general surgery, pain management, and urgent care.
