Practice Overview
• You'll join a CRNA-led team with dedicated MD backup at a Level 3 trauma center
• Provide full-scope anesthesia across general surgery, OB, ortho trauma, ENT, urology, and healthy peds
• Regional blocks are performed regularly; ideal for those skilled or interested in regional anesthesia
• Practice model emphasizes independence, collaboration, and time outside the OR
Schedule
• Monday-Friday schedule averaging 32-40 hours per week
• Home-based call with guaranteed post-call days off
• No in-house overnight shifts required
• Designed to support long weekends and flexible travel
Compensation & Benefits
• Choice of $340K W-2 or $400K 1099 compensation structure
• Up to $50K signing bonus available
• 13 weeks of guaranteed vacation and $1,000 per shift call stipend
• 1099 model allows for annual earnings up to $450K
• $1,000 per call shift rate
Candidate Requirements
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with Oregon license or eligibility
• Comfortable practicing independently across a range of surgical services
