Position Highlights:
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Salary Step Tables:
• $235,000
• $250,000
• $260,000
Weekend Call: One weekend every 11th rotation (1.11)
Weekday Call: Approx. 2-3x/month with post call day off and incentives for working post-call if needed
PTO: Available on the first day of employment
Sign on Bonus Options:
• $25,000 for a 2-year commitment
• $35,000 for a 3-year commitment
• $50,000 for a 5-year commitment

A Brief Overview:
As a CRNA, you will provide anesthesia care to patients of all ages across various settings for a range of procedures, including surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management.
What You'll Do:
• Conduct thorough pre-operative patient assessments
• Develop and communicate a comprehensive plan of anesthesia care
• Establish and maintain essential venous access
• Ensure establishment and maintenance of airway
• Induct, maintain, and properly monitor anesthesia
• Manage emergence from anesthesia and transfer care to appropriate staff
• Perform post-operative follow-ups for each case
• Serve as a clinical instructor for anesthesia students
Essential Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
• Ability to work specified hours with adequate visual acuity
• Effective communication skills with the ability to hear and distinguish speech
Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
• Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Active license from the Board of Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) - Active license from the Board of Nursing
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - National Board Certification and Recertification
