Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Opportunity in Havre, Montana

Practice Overview
• You'll join a collegial team of 3 CRNAs working in a 25-bed critical access hospital with 3 ORs and an endoscopy suite
• Mix of cases includes general surgery, OB, orthopedics, healthy peds, podiatry, radiology, and GI
• No anesthesiologist supervision, peers operate with full autonomy and mutual accountability
• Team-based collaboration with 2 General Surgeons, 2 OB/GYNs, 2 Orthopedic Surgeons, and full primary care support
Schedule
• Monday-Friday schedule, 7:00am-3:00pm with 1:4 home call rotation
• Three-room OR block; providers rotate between rooms daily
• Average 4-5 cases/day per CRNA, including 20-30 epidurals per month
• No VBACs; Orthopedic OR days include 5-8 cases for 2 providers
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary between $280K-$300K, depending on experience (W-2); or $27,000/month as a 1099 contractor
• 6 weeks PTO, paid holidays, sick leave, and personal time
• Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, LTD, malpractice (no tail for first 5 years), 403(b)
• 3- to 5-year contract; relocation and sign-on negotiable
Candidate Requirements
• CRNA certification (NBCRNA) with a master's degree in nursing
• All experience levels welcomed; visa sponsorship available
• Must be comfortable with intubations, epidurals, spinal taps, and IV access
• Candidates must live within 20 minutes of the hospital
