Spring Harbor Hospital Nursing Req #: 65870 Full Time/Nights For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $20,000 for Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of RN work experience! • Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible. • Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment. Spring Harbor Hospital is seeking a Charge Nurse in our Clinical Services Unit/Float Pool. This person will be available to float to all inpatient units, ranging from Children and Adolescents of all ages. Summary: The Registered Nurse – Charge – Behavioral Health role assumes frontline leadership in the daily operations of the department and works collaboratively with departmental staff, physicians/advanced practice practitioners, hospital staff, pre-hospital providers and community agencies to provide oversight and direction for the delivery of safe patient and family centered care. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred. • License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must complete within 30 days of start date. Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Certification RN-BC preferred. • Experience: Two years of relevant experience preferred, experience in psychiatric nursing preferred.
