Job Summary and Qualifications
The Charge Registered Nurse (CNC) is instrumental in providing high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating functions within the unit. Working alongside the management team, the CNC monitors nursing care in line with established policies and promotes exceptional patient experiences.
Your Responsibilities:
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes for smooth patient transitions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to improve service outcomes.
• Provide coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and engagement.
• Support staff scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse with current valid licensure.
• Must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of starting.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course must be completed within 30 days of employment.
