Job Summary of Charge Registered Nurse:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Charge Registered Nurse:
• Assist unit leaders with nursing tasks on a daily basis and ensure timely responses to residents' and families' requirements.
• Implement nursing processes and critical thinking to prioritize and execute high-quality care for residents.
• Perform typical nursing treatments and give medications as directed, attentively monitoring residents for sought-after and undesired effects.
• Collaborate with care team members in order to adjust nursing care plans and inform about relevant discoveries.
• Track and document important physiological signals, administered interventions, and resident feedback.
• Manage and assess CNA responsibilities and initiatives to ensure the delivery of effective care.

Qualifications and Experience of Charge Registered Nurse:
• Graduated from an accredited nursing school program.
• Having a current and legitimate LPN license that is in good order in New York State.
• Dedicated to providing empathic and medically sound nursing services.
• Demonstrated strengths in communicating effectively, organizing efficiently, and serving customers well.
• Capability to excel under pressure and engage in teamwork with fellow employees.
• Exhibiting a real passion for helping residents who are sick, injured, incapacitated, elderly, or present unique challenges.
• Covid-19 vaccine uptake encouraged, though not enforced; commitment to observing CDC directives reiterated.
