What You'll Do:
In the role of Charge Registered Nurse, you will be instrumental in nurturing the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your role includes assessing patient conditions, formulating and executing care plans, administering medications, and cooperating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and create personalized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as instructed
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as required
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to guarantee holistic care
• Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering excellent care
