Pay Range: $60.42 - $81.43

Requirements to Apply
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active Oregon RN License (or ability to obtain)
• BLS (AHA) required
• RN license in state where care is provided
• Minimum 1 year RN experience with demonstrated leadership abilities

Full-time night shift Charge RN opportunity in a large, fast-paced surgical department. Weekend shifts required every other weekend and/or as needed.

Job Overview

We’re seeking an experienced OR nurse leader to support a high-volume surgical service line within a major acute care medical center. The department includes 27 operating rooms and a collaborative team of 140+ staff. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, supportive mentor, and skilled in driving patient-focused, efficient surgical workflows while maintaining strong team morale and clinical quality.
