West River Health Services, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in southwest North Dakota, is currently seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to help lead our organization through continued innovation and growth. Critical Access Hospital Profile The organization's corporate structure is comprised of three 501C3 (not-for-profit) corporations. WRHSF is the Foundation/ fundraising and Parent Corporation. WRHS is a healthcare services (hospital, clinics, and other healthcare services) corporation. Western Horizons Living Centers is a care center (skilled and assisted living) corporation. Each corporation has board members from across the geographic area served by the organization. It is the largest medical complex in Adams County, serving 20,000 people in 20,000 square miles. Education: A Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing is required. A Master's in Healthcare or Business Administration or equivalent is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in acute care setting with 2 years of management or supervisory experience. Former Chief Nursing Officer Experience Preferred. Licensure Requirements: Registered Nurse - Meets requirements per ND Century Code 43-12.1.
