Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Administrative Leadership: Lead in the absence of the Administrator, enforce policies and procedures for compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to uphold best practices.
• Budget Oversight: Assist in the development and management of the department budget, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and assess nursing staff to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
• Quality Enhancement: Assess nursing services to improve resident care and create systems that support well-being and independence.
Qualifications:
• RN License: A valid Registered Nurse license from the State Board of Nursing, demonstrating strong managerial and administrative skills.
• Relevant Experience: Background in long-term care or with geriatric populations is preferred, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory role.
• Organizational Expertise: Skilled in planning programs, personnel assignments, and evaluating data for quality improvement initiatives.
