The CNO will be responsible for the 24 / 7 accountability of quality, safety, staffing, and clinical outcomes, and must be prepared to lead nursing operations through a period of change, stabilization, and rebuild. Strengthening nurse engagement, retention, and leadership development is a key focus, as is ensuring regulatory readiness and accreditation compliance. The successful candidate will serve as the nursing representative at various executive levels and will be expected to partner with leadership from quality, HR, finance, and medical staff.
