Emergency Department RN - Travel Emergency Department RN - Travel Job Summary Travel Emergency Department RN needed in Natchez, MS for a 13-week assignment. Provides direct patient care in the Emergency Department setting. Requires strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. • Monitor patient condition and response to treatment. • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. • Provide patient and family education. • Respond to medical emergencies. Required Qualifications • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Mississippi or compact state. • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting. • Must have a permanent address +50mi from facility Preferred Qualifications N/A Skills & Competencies • Excellent clinical skills and judgment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in stressful situations. • Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR). • Knowledge of emergency department procedures and protocols.
