Job Description
Position Title: Registered Nurse CICU – Full-Time Nights
Shift: Saturday, Sunday, Monday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule Type: Full-Time
Experience Level: Experienced RN preferred

Job Summary:
CICU Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, evidence-based care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient treatment in accordance with nursing standards and unit policies. This role is critical in ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes for patients during the night shift.
Minimum Education:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program approved by a state board of nursing.
Licensure/Certification:
• Active RN license (multi-state or Oklahoma)
• BLS Certification required
Work Experience:
• 0–6 months of related RN experience
• Prior experience in acute care preferred
Core Responsibilities:
• Use the nursing process to deliver and document patient care
• Tailor treatment based on patient’s age, culture, and psychosocial needs
• Collaborate across disciplines to develop and implement care plans
• Actively participate in performance improvement and continuing education
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation
• Contribute to discharge planning and patient education
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Familiarity with disease state management and clinical pathways
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
• Able to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
Decision-Making Authority:
Utilizes independent judgment in planning and delivering care, with general oversight and guidance.
Working Relationships:
• Collaborates with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Engages with other healthcare professionals and leadership
