Role Description This is a full-time on-site Circulating Nurse role located in Springdale, AR. The Circulating Nurse will be responsible for assisting surgical teams in preparing the operating room, managing surgical supplies, maintaining sterility, and ensuring patient safety during procedures. Responsibilities also include documenting surgical activities, coordinating efforts between surgical staff, and advocating for patients' needs throughout the perioperative process. Qualifications • Strong grasp of Surgical Nursing and Operating Room procedures • Experience in Perioperative care and Nursing practices • General knowledge and understanding of Medicine in relation to surgical practices • Effective communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Arkansas • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification • Previous experience in pediatric or surgical nursing is preferred
