Position Highlights:
• Annual Salary: $96,242.17 - $129,000.00, depending on experience, with potential for higher compensation.
• Additional compensation for bilingual skills.
• Hiring Bonus Structure:
• At Hire: $2,850
• At 180 days: $3,800
• At 12 months: $2,850
• Bonus pro-rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE).

Responsibilities:
• Guide, mentor, and train nursing and medical assistant staff while assessing competencies and conducting performance evaluations.
• Support staff growth through educational opportunities and professional development.
• Work with staff on the implementation of training and education to enhance clinical performance.
• Facilitate recruitment, orientation, and the onboarding process for new hires.
• Develop and implement departmental work plans and manage resources effectively.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the clinic.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with management to optimize patient care delivery systems.
• Lead the nursing team in the daily implementation of patient care plans that meet regulatory requirements.
• Review and improve patient care processes in collaboration with staff.
• Work with maintenance teams to ensure a safe and efficient clinic environment.
• Provide clinical services in accordance with established healthcare standards.
Qualifications:
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• 2 years of nursing or healthcare experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
• Registered Nurse license in the relevant state; requirements for Nurse Licensure Compact state applicants apply.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire is necessary; ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred; must demonstrate proficiency for differential pay.
