Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinic | Monday–Friday | Stockton, CA $50–52/hr | Full-Time | No Nights or Weekends TEEMA is hiring a Registered Nurse for a weekday clinic contract opportunity in Stockton, CA. This position supports a primary care team serving an elderly population in a structured, team-based care model. Schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM No nights No weekends No holidays Pay $50–52 per hour depending on experience What You’ll Be Doing • Perform vital signs and point-of-care testing • Administer and manage medications • Provide wound care • Support the primary care provider during clinic visits • Monitor complex geriatric patients • Coordinate care transitions between hospital, SNF and home • Reinforce patient and caregiver education • Maintain medication tracking and clinic logs This role blends hands-on nursing with care coordination and clinic operations support. Ideal Background • Experience with elderly or medically complex patients • Skilled nursing facility, home health or geriatric clinic experience preferred • Comfortable managing multiple medications • Strong organizational and communication skills • Able to work independently in a structured clinic environment Requirements • Active California RN license • BLS certification • Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher • At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
