Position: Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift Location: Hot Springs Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift at Providence Health and Services summary: Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive ambulatory nursing care in a clinic setting, performing assessments, care planning, implementation, evaluation, patient education, and care coordination via in-person and telehealth encounters. Works collaboratively with clinical team, maintains professional and regulatory standards, and supports clinicians to deliver quality patient-centered care. Requires RN licensure in Montana, BLS, and minimum 18 months professional nursing experience; full-time day shift at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center with benefits. Description The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Required qualifications: • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school. • Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing. • Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire. • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. • 18 months professional nursing experience. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
