This position involves teamwork with physicians or Advanced Practice Providers (APP) to uphold smooth clinic operations by following precise clinical procedures and established protocols. Additionally, administrative tasks like cross-referencing data in healthcare documents, such as patient records, physician entries, test results, and therapy strategies, will be part of the Clinic RN's responsibilities. Responsibilities: Evaluates clinical procedures, protocols, and practices to guarantee adherence to organizational guidelines and regulatory mandates. Delivers hands-on patient care; performs thorough evaluations, gives medications and therapies, and supervises patients' progress for best health results. Guides and assesses the performance of junior staff members, offering advice, evaluations, and assistance to promote excellence in service provision and career growth. Collaborating with teams from various disciplines to organize patient care, enhance communication, and ensure seamless care delivery throughout diverse healthcare environments. Carries out additional tasks as required.
