The Clinical Care Coordinator (RN) is a patient-facing, administrative-focused nursing role that supports care coordination and patient communication to ensure timely, organized, and high-quality care. Clinical tasks such as injections or phlebotomy may be performed as needed to support the care team.Role SummaryThe Clinical Care Coordinator (RN) is a key clinical and patient-facing role responsible for supporting front-desk clinical operations, coordinating patient care, managing clinical communications, and ensuring timely follow-up of patient needs.
