Description Clinical Coordinator RN Working under the supervision of the Nursing Manager, or Director of Nursing the Clinical Coordinator Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional Registered Nurse with demonstrated leadership and administrative competence in their selected clinical specialty. The individual in this position represents Covenant Health and the nursing departments by interpreting and applying policies and nursing practice guidelines, planning and coordinating day to day unit operations of the selected specialty and assuming accountability for utilization of human and material resources by managing those resources within established budgetary guidelines. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
