Job specification Candidate requirements Job specification • Facilitate the transition to practice for new staff members while supporting their professional growth and clinical proficiency. • Develop and maintain documentation of initial and ongoing clinical competence. • Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs that enhance staff knowledge and skills. • Support system initiatives through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. • Teach and lead credentialed courses, ensuring staff meet regulatory and organizational standards. Candidate requirements • Active RN licensure in the state of Idaho (or eligibility to obtain). • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. • Minimum of 4 years of nursing experience, including experience as a Flight RN or Pre-Hospital RN. • Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective educational programs.
