As our Clinical Supervisor, you will: • Lead a multidisciplinary OB/GYN care team, supporting nurses, MAs, and physicians to deliver exceptional patient care • Coordinate clinical operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards • Mentor and support staff development, conducting regular performance reviews and facilitating clinical training • Collaborate with physicians and department leadership to implement best practices and optimize patient outcomes • Monitor quality metrics, patient satisfaction, and compliance initiatives to drive continuous improvement Who You Are: You bring a strong mix of clinical expertise and compassionate leadership.
