Job Summary
The Clinical Nurse Consultant (RN) is responsible for supporting clinical operations, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance across multiple skilled nursing facilities. This role partners with facility leadership to identify risks, improve clinical outcomes, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Responsibilities
• Conduct on-site clinical audits and assessments
• Identify areas of non-compliance and collaborate on corrective action plans
• Support survey readiness and ongoing compliance efforts
• Perform risk management assessments
• Report clinical findings and trends to Corporate Leadership
• Communicate clinical concerns to facility leadership promptly
• Support QAPI initiatives and quality measures
• Utilize PointClickCare for clinical review and reporting
• Active, unencumbered RN license in Delaware or compact state
• Nurse management experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
• Multi-site experience preferred
• Knowledge of the Delaware survey process
• Strong understanding of quality measures and QAPI
• Experience with internal clinical auditing
• Strong knowledge of PointClickCare required.
