This role partners with facility leadership to identify risks, improve clinical outcomes, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsibilities • Conduct on-site clinical audits and assessments • Identify areas of non-compliance and collaborate on corrective action plans • Support survey readiness and ongoing compliance efforts • Perform risk management assessments • Report clinical findings and trends to Corporate Leadership • Communicate clinical concerns to facility leadership promptly • Support QAPI initiatives and quality measures • Utilize PointClickCare for clinical review and reporting • Active, unencumbered RN license in Delaware or compact state • Nurse management experience in skilled nursing or long-term care • Multi-site experience preferred • Knowledge of the Delaware survey process • Strong understanding of quality measures and QAPI • Experience with internal clinical auditing • Strong knowledge of PointClickCare required.
