Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Passaic, NJ for a Clinical Nurse Educator. The Clinical Nurse Educator will be responsible for designing and delivering educational programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the nursing staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Day-to-day duties include developing and implementing curriculum, conducting training sessions, and mentoring nursing staff. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to support clinical practice improvement and staying updated on the latest advancements in medical and nursing practices. Qualifications • Strong background in Nursing and Nursing Education • Experience in Curriculum Development for training programs • Knowledge and experience in Acute Care and Critical Care Medicine • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills • Ability to foster continuous learning and professional development among staff • Relevant certifications such as Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) or Nurse Educator Certification (CNE) are a plus • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in New Jersey is required • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field preferred
