**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our Medical Telemetry Unit at Memorial Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to utilize your clinical skills, critical thinking, and leadership traits to provide exceptional patient care and achieve positive patient outcomes. **Responsibilities:** 1. Patient Care: Demonstrate consistent use of nursing process in daily practice and manage more complex patients with minimal assistance. 2. Knowledge and Skills: Identify personal learning needs to be competent in area of practice; independently perform advanced skills; begin to assist others to develop skills using the teaching/learning process. 3. Professional Relationships/Leadership: Initiate and effectively demonstrate behaviors which result in positive patient outcomes through group process; identify need to change own practice based on PI/QI outcomes. 4.
