Key Responsibilities : • Receive detailed reports from the prior shift, ensuring all relevant information on each resident is noted. • Continuously assess residents' behaviors, symptoms, and reactions, discussing findings with Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse. • Administer and accurately document all medications in line with established policies, physician orders, and regulatory standards. • Execute all treatments as per the specific physician's instructions and established protocols. • Consult with the Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse regarding any needed adjustments or discontinuations of medications or treatments. • Order prescribed medications, communicate with the pharmacy regarding any discontinued medications, and verify the accuracy of received medications and dosages.
