Job Summary: • Responsible for full-cycle recruiting for clinical, allied health, and other business roles. Partners with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates while ensuring compliance and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage requisitions from intake to offer. • Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and updates. • Source candidates using job boards, referrals, and direct outreach. • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews. • Coordinate job postings and recruitment advertising. • Extend and negotiate job offers. • Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure compliance. • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree. • 0–3 years of experience. • Strong communication and multitasking skills. • Proficiency in MS Office; ATS knowledge preferred (Workday a plus). Certification (within 12 months of hire): • SHRM-CP/SCP or HRCI PHR/SPHR.
