Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring stakeholders to clarify clinical requirements, licensure needs, hiring priorities, and timelines Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure, credentials, and role fit Provide market insights related to clinical talent availability, compensation trends, and licensing considerations Required Qualifications 3-5 years of clinical recruiting experience (minimum of 1 year in telemedicine) Experience with startups / new companies is preferred Proven experience recruiting licensed clinical professionals Strong understanding of clinical credentialing, licensure, and compliance requirements Ability to independently manage multiple clinical searches
