Collaborate with transformational leaders to establish short- and long-term goals for the unit, facilitate cost-effective operations, and coordinate patient throughput. Utilize your strong understanding of emergency nursing to provide training and guidance to a team of nurses and medical staff. This is a full-time Night shift position, working 7:00pm - 8:30am Preferred Criteria • Master’s Degree in Nursing • ​Previous leadership experience • Strong Emergency Department nursing experience Required Criteria • At least 2 years of acute care RN experience • Demonstrated leadership skills • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing • Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain) • BCLS certification Join a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
