Novant Health Adult Primary Care Waughtown is seeking a Clinical Service Navigator RN to work on site with patients to provide resources, education. The Clinical Service Navigator serves as primary liaison between the patient and his/her medical team as well as patient advocate and support.

Your Role as an RN at Novant Health
You’ll lead your care team, building individualized relationships with patients while providing safe and effective nursing care in a med/surg setting.
Highlights:
• Responsibilities: Administer patient care and treatments aligned with care plans, oversee unlicensed staff, ensure a safe and culturally appropriate environment .
• Requirements:
• Valid RN license for North Carolina (compact license acceptable)
• Current BLS (AHA); ACLS within 6 months of hire
• Preferred: ≥2 years of Med/Surg or critical care experience
