Job Title: Clinical Services – Registered Nurse (Evening Shift) Location: Phoenix, AZ Assignment Duration: 7–13 Weeks Shift: Evening | 10-hour shifts Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM Weekly Hours: 30–38 hours Pay Rate: $45 to $49/hour Position Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide evening clinical services in a secure youth care environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing health needs, administering medications, supporting intake screenings, and responding to medical concerns to ensure the safety and well-being of youth residents. Key Responsibilities • Assess and respond to youth health concerns and provide appropriate clinical care • Monitor, document, and report changes in vital signs and health status • Administer medications and observe for adverse reactions • Conduct intake health screenings for newly admitted youth • Obtain and process laboratory specimens (blood, urine, etc.) • Provide direct patient care and emergency response as needed • Administer vaccinations and assist with TB skin testing • Collaborate with the healthcare team on treatment planning • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adequate medical supplies • Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience • Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a secure environment • Commitment to professional nursing standards and regulatory compliance Preferred Qualifications • Experience in correctional or juvenile care settings • Familiarity with behavioral health observation and patient monitoring For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
