We’re looking for a Clinical Team Manager (RN) who wants to mentor clinicians, improve patient outcomes, and help build a positive team culture. This is a hands-on leadership role — not a desk job. You’ll guide and support field staff while overseeing quality patient care. Requirements • Active RN license (state specific) • Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred) • 2+ years Home Health or Hospice RN experience • Supervisory/preceptor experience preferred • Reliable transportation and local travel • Must be able to lift, pull, and push 50-100 lbs If you love nursing but want to grow into leadership while still staying connected to patient care — this is the role for you.
