POSITION SUMMARY: Assist with community health programs, including the WIC program to fulfill program objectives.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESComply with federal, state, and agency policies and proceduresMaintain cooperative, collaborative relationships with state agency staff and community health partners.Provide quality WIC services that comply with federal and state guidelines; assist with set-up and tear-down at mobile clinics, perform client intake, complete nutrition assessments, provide client education and referrals, and issue food benefits.Complete quality documentation in the WIC computer system.
